Serbian Spiderman drops blinds as Leganes shockingly upset Barca

No doubt about it - this has been one of the biggest upsets in Top 5 European leagues since the start of this season! Barcelona lost to La Liga minnows Leganes at home 1-0, which is their second home loss in a row (lost to Las Palmas in the previous round).

Hansi Flick's side is obviously going through a significant crisis, as the Blaugrana seemed like a mean machine in the opening part of the campaign. They were battering Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, and now those underdogs are stealing points from them week after week.

This time, it was Leganes' Serbian keeper Marko Dmitrovic with a heroic performance that denied every single Barca's chance... and they had a handful of trully promising ones. However, Dmitrovic made a sensational effort to keep a clean sheet, earning himself the Man of the Match award.

Interestingly, Barcelona conceded after just four minutes, following a corner from the right, and that was all when it comes to goals tonight in Barcelona.

Yamal, Lewandowski and Raphinha did their best to turn the things around, but they just couldn't get past remarkable Dmitrovic, who looked like a Spiderman between the sticks.

Instead of exploiting Real Madrid's draw at Rayo Vallecano, the Blaugrana recorded second defeat in a row, making the way for Madrid to leapfrog them soon with the game in hand.
