Roma's 'binary system' strikes again: Dream of Scudetto lives on

In a match that felt like a game of chess between the two managers, the Wolfess beat Como 1-0 thanks to Wesley Franca's second-half winner
In mathematics and digital technology, a binary system is a system that uses only two digits: 1 and 0. In AS Roma's system, these two digits are a winning combination, as five out of ten their Serie A victories were expressed with them - 1-0.
Last night, the fifth "minimal" triumph came against giant-killers Como, and the match was decided by Wesley Franca's 61st-minute winner.

DERECHAZO DEL BRASILEÑO WESLEY QUE PONE EN VENTAJA A LA LOBA 🇧🇷

The derby clash of the 15th round in Italy's top flight looked more like a game of chess between the experienced veteran, 67-year-old Gian Piero Gasperini and the young rising tactician, 38-year-old Cesc Fabregas, and, in this case, experience prevailed.
The entire match - especially the opening half - was a genuine "snoozefest" full of fight, but short on chances. However, when the two best Serie A defences play - the rivals conceded only 19 goals combined - that's more than expected.
Either way, the Wolfess managed to anaesthetize Como's biggest offensive threat, Nico Paz, and patiently waited for an opportunity to bite. It came a minute after the hour mark, when the Brazilian Wesley Franca fired a pinpoint strike into the bottom-right corner of Como's goal, bringing vital three points to the Giallorossi and keeping their dream of Scudetto alive.
The fact that there's a narrow three-point gap between fourth-placed Roma and the leaders, Inter Milan, speaks volumes about the intrigue and unpredictability of Serie A, and we can only hope it remains that way for as long as possible.
