Spanish defender remembers the 'biggest loss of his career' and his unlike reaction
That clumsy assist by Balotelli to Aguero for the Premier League title in 2012. An explosion of emotion and an image etched into the minds of pretty much every football fan on Earth. An image of Trent Alexander-Arnold's corner kick to Divock Origi - produces a similar effect.
Now, depending on whose supporter one is - Man City's or Man Utd's, Liverpool's or Barcelona's - it determines which emotion presented itself in those moments.
When it comes to Gerard Pique, he has described the sheer anger he felt after Barcelona crashed out of the Champions League at Anfield and said the defeat was the worst of his career.

Divock Origi's first-half strike had put Liverpool 1-0 ahead at half-time before two goals in two minutes from Georginio Wijnaldum brought them level on aggregate. Origi then grabbed the winner in the 79th minute with Jurgen Klopp's side making the final and going on to win the competition.
Speaking about the game in 2019, Pique said it was one of the worst experiences of his playing career and he picked out the game again during an interview with Spanish TV3 program Nexes.
'Anfield,' Pique told the broadcaster when asked about the biggest loss of his career. 'I'm not the kind of player who comes into the dressing room throwing things on the floor to express my anger, but because of the first leg advantage, I did just that.'

The Catalans are going through a period of transition after electing Joan Laporta as president following the resignation of Josep Bartomeu.
Pique has been talked about as a future Barca president but insisted his focus remains on finishing his playing career.
'In these elections, I saw myself reflected. I have a lot of information from Barca and I wanted to see how they did it.
'It was a worthy fight. And I hope that Laporta fulfills the mandate. But I do not know, I do not know if in the future I will be president. I feel that I am still a footballer.'
In this year's Champions League campaign, as in 2019, Barcelona are out, Liverpool are through. They did not face each other this year - Liverpool has beaten Leipzig while PSG was fatal for Messi & Co.
Catalan can now focus on chasing after La Liga table-toppers Atletico Madrid and try to save a very turbulent season, to say the least.
