Nairobi United are motivated to bridge the points gap between them and FKF Division One Zone A leaders Young Bulls as they prepare to clash against Zetech Titans in Division One League action on Saturday at Jacaranda 11 Grounds.
Victory for Paul Okatwa coached Nairobi United will see them close the gap between them and Young Bulls to seven points, Bulls are not in action this weekend.
Prior to the match, The Naibois’ played a barren draw against Yatta based Administration Police on Sunday, that saw Nairobi United 5 game winning streak brought to an end though extended the unbeaten streak to 9 Division One League matches.
On the other hand, Zetech Titans are struggling for form having managed two wins in the last five division one matches. Zetech Titans who lost most of its players to FKF Premier Clubs are 12 points from promotion slots and almost out of the National Super League promotion equation.
Elsewhere, Ruiru Hot Stars host Rainbow Fc on Saturday at Ruiru Stadium with both teams tied at 40 points and chasing for National Super League promotion. Rainbow are having the best form of the season, having lost one game in six division one games and a win will take them 1 point less to the promotion bracket.
Ruiru Hot Stars' form has deepened with the Ruiru based club managing one win in 4 league matches. A performance that has seen Ruiru Hot Stars drop four steps on the league standings.
Woodley grounds will host Kibra derby with FKF division one debutants Kibra United entertaining Kibera Soccer Kibra United are coming off an impressive three nil win over 3K Fc while Kibera Soccer drew a third consecutive game over the weekend as they played a barren draw to Vapor Sports.
