Isak’s destiny depends on Manchester United

The Magpies need a replacement but the Red Devils are all in on the same player
It sound’s strange, but Alexander Isak depends pretty much on Manchester United. To make it clear, he doesn’t want to move to Old Trafford nor the Red Devils can afford him, but there is a long chain of transfers connected to the Swede striker and Liverpool is at the end. But first thing first. Isak will have to wait a bit and then, if some transfers are finished, he will be able to make his sudden move to Enfield. But nothing is 100% yet. On his part, the player is pushing for a move to Liverpool no matter the cost. From a player who was always calm, with a few words and who caused no problem since he arrived, he became a bit of a ‘rebel’ and is currently in Sociedad, training individually while Newcastle is in Asia. Off course, since he apparently has a thigh problem, it would be quite logical for him to train at his club, but he decided to fly to Spain and train there. A clear sign of pressure and this time, Newcastle didn’t say that the club was informed of this. But, they didn’t say there were not either.

So, where is Manchester in all of this? Well, after Bryan Mbeumo chose United over Newcastle, the Red Devils are now preparing for a second battle with the Magpies and they look pretty strong in their chances. Just like when Newcastle went after Hugo Ekitike and Liverpool suddenly intervened and took him away, Manchester is doing the same with Benjamin Sesko. The Red Devils had little interest in the Slovenian forward as most of the European clubs but when Newcastle contacted the player’s agent, the Red Devils instantly went after him, even thou he is worth 70 million euros. And here comes the Alexander Isak case. The player will either stay in Newcastle against his will (that could be ugly) or will be sold BUT only if the Magpies get two strikers first. According to some reports, this has already been communicated with player’s agent.
The ideal scenario would be for Newcastle to get Sesko and then Isak could be on his way to Enfield. But when Manchester intervened, it was reveled that Sesko, like Mbeumo, was one of those players who were supporting Sir Alex Ferguson’s Manchester and would like to come to his boyhood club, even thou the club is far away from those glory days. Apparently, both Manchester and Newcastle have the same package offered to the player and will bid officially only if they get a ‘green light’ from the player. Neither club doesn’t want to be labeled in the media as the team which got refused by Sesko. Currently, the Slovenian is much closer to Old Trafford, which means more days for Isak. If the Magpies lose this battle, they will look for another striker, but won’t just buy anyone in order to let the Swede leave. Other options are Ollie Watkins (would cost a lot and is 29) and Wolves’ Jorgen Strand Larsen. But even if the Magpies get Sesko, Watkins or Larsen, they still need a second striker. They already chose the Congolese striker Yoane Wissa and the player is forcing his Brentford exit, but the Bees are like the Magpies, they want to sign a replacement first. So everything is so connected and Isak is impatient….
