Sylvester Owino reserved special praise for brace hero David Okoth.
Kakamega Homeboyz defender Sylvester Owino heaped praise on his teammate David Okoth after his brace downed Posta Rangers on Friday afternoon at Utalii Grounds.
The winger grabbed a brace as his side registered a 3-1 win away from home. His first was a spectacular free-kick from the right flank that beat Posta keeper Kelvin Opiyo. The second was a deflected shot just before the interval.
Owino has watched Okoth in training and during matches and says he is no longer surprised when the former Nzoia Sugar man goes for the spectacular.
"We are used to him scoring such goals, he's a special player and for us, his teammates seeing him score such goals has become a norm because he does the same in training and in matches. You can always count on him to win you games," Owino told Mozzart Sport.

The defender equally praised midfielder Francis Omosh Omondi who was equally at his best against the Mailmen.
"Omosh equally played well, I think this is one of his greatest performances, the assist was wonderful and I am happy for him," he added.
Reflecting on the game, Owino said it was a labored win as Posta equally put in a good fight.
"It was not an easy game, everyone gave his best and we contributed to the win, it was a deserved win. We had chances to score more but when you get a 3-1 win away from home you can't complain especially because Posta Rangers too played very well," he added.
Next for Homeboyz is an away game against Nairobi City Stars.
