This comes barely a month after Baraza jumped ship in the Tanzanian Premier League from Biashara United to Kagera Sugar.
Baraza is synonymous with guiding Sony Sugar to their only Kenyan Premier League title back in 2006 after upsetting heavyweights.
The former Muhoroni Youth coach is yet to change the fortunes of Kagera since joining the side as they still sit in relegation places.
Biashara have also not posted impressive results since Baraza left as they bagged their maiden win coincidentally against Kagera last time out.
