The unpredictable Division lived up to the hype as the matches entered round 12 serving mouth-watering encounters that have had a shift in both ends of the log with the big dogs succumbing to minnows.

Here is the weekend wrap.

Green Commandos 4-0 Zoo FC

Zoo FC's struggles this term continued with yet another unfortunate 4-0 loss to Green Commandos in a league match played at Kakamega High School Grounds in Kakamega.

Valentine Nyapola, Christopher Koloti's brace, and goalkeeper Joseph Ogenda's goals were enough to condemn Ramadhan Balala's charges to their seventh win of the season and make it eight straight matches without defeat.

The win was vital in Commandos’ chase for a return to the National Super League after missing the spot narrowly last season and now sit second on the log with 24 points, two behind leaders GFE 105 FC.

GFE 105 1-0 Vegpro

At the Kipchoge Keino Stadium in Eldoret, GFE 105 continued with their fairytale this season after humbling Vegpro 1-0 to cement top-of-the-table status.

On form, Jimmy Kinyanjui scored the lone goal of the match to seal all the maximum points for the Eldoret situated club and leave the flower growers Vegpro without a win in the last five games.

Vegpro, who started the season on a high and had many tip them to jostle for promotion, have fallen down the table and occupy sixth place with 18 points after 12 matches.

Transfoc 1-3 Compel SC

In Kitale, league newbies Compel SC shock veterans Transfoc with a 3-1 beating in front of their fans at the Equip College grounds on Sunday.

Bramwell Simiyu netted a brace and Shadrack Simiyu was also on target to complete the Webuye-based team rout over Transfoc to record their first away win in the third division.

Speaking after the match, Compel head coach George Mutimba hailed the team for its exemplary performance and was adamant with consistency they stand a chance to grace the National Super League next season.

“I am happy with the win and I challenge my boys to continue with the same spirit in the remaining matches. We are committed to winning our matches and see where we will rank at the end of the season,” he offered.
