FKF Div. One: Fortune Sacco out to make amends in crunch tie against Kibera Soccer

Eight matches are lined up across the third division
Former National Super League side Fortune Sacco will need nothing short of a win when they look horns with fifth-placed Kibera Soccer in a Football Kenya Federation Division One action at the Mukinduri Primary School on Sunday afternoon.
Perceived as promotion favorites at the start of the season, Fortune have struggled for form since the beginning of the second leg, failing to secure wins in three straight matches, including two defeats to Dandora Youth and 3K FC. This downturn has seen them drop down the league table, much to the disappointment of their ambitious fans.
Despite the recent struggles, the Kibera clash, however, provides the Michael Otimong-led side with a perfect chance for redemption with three points taking them within the promotion brackets.
On the other hand, Kibera who dispatched Dandora Youth 5-2 last weekend for a return to winning ways will be keen to do a double over the Kirinyaga-based club and move closer to the green zone.
Elsewhere, league leaders 3K FC will be looking to extend their lead at the summit to six points when they face Zetech Titans at Moi Stadium in Embu.
3K, who are in their second season in the third tier, lost momentum in the promotion race last week succumbing to a shock 3-1 defeat at the hands of Ruiru Hotstars.
The final match of the zone will be a Coast derby pitting league debutants Simba Apparel against Kenya Navy at the Changamwe Estate Grounds with a top-ten finish at stake.
In Zone B, former FKF Premier League outfit Zoo FC are seeking to extend their dominance over Bungoma Superstars when the two face off in league action at Bungoma High School Grounds.
Zoo has found the going tough this term in the third tier, staring at the jaws of demotion with 20 points after 20 matches which leaves them a point above the red zone, and a win in Bungoma will reignite their already sinking season.
In other matches, leaders Aps Bomet will entertain Muhoroni Young at Bomet IAAF Stadium, Bondo United will host Green Commandos at Bondo Stadium, and Kiminini Combined have a date with Sigalagala Polythetic FC at Ndura Sports Complex.
