Arsenal's kid is gone: Monaco sign Balogun

It's hard sometimes for young guys when big clubs send them on loan for minutes in smaller environments, but Folarin Balogun got the most out of it. The 22-year-old American national team member officially signed for Monaco, who had to give a large sum after Balogun's excellent season in Reims. He played 37 games there and scored 21 goals, but still failed to attract the attention of Mikel Arteta. The player himself signed a five-year contract, as he did not want to waste time on Arsenal's bench. The future therefore lies with Monaco, who have already brought in Denis Zakaria, Mohammed Salisu, Wilfried Singo and Philipp Kohn this summer.
