Premier League champions sign the Bayer Leverkusen full-back for €35m on a five-year deal
As one (Trent Alexander-Arnold) leaves, the other(Jeremie Frimpong) comes.
On the same day Real Madrid officially announced Trent Alexander-Arnold's arrival, Liverpool did the same regarding his successor at Anfield.
The Premier League champions have ratified the signing of the 24-year-old Dutch international. Frimpong will join his compatriot Arne Slot and three Oranje teammates: Virgil van Dijk, Cody Gakpo and Ryan Gravenberch.

The full-back signed a five-year deal with the Scousers worth €35m.
Interestingly, he came through the youth ranks at Manchester City and went on to join Celtic in September 2019 before a move to Bayer Leverkusen in January 2021.
He was one of the key players in Xabi Alonso's squad, which won their first Bundesliga title in 2023-24. He also made 53 appearances in all competitions for Bayer as they finished second in 24-25.
Frimpong's signing should be just a prelude to the much-anticipated arrival of his Leverkusen teammate, Florian Wirtz.
The Merseyside club have entered into advanced negotiations for the German international, submitting an offer of more than €110m, including add-ons.
