Croatian coach's last tour of duty saw him manage Zimbabwe's national team.

Former Gor Mahia head coach Zdravko Logarusic's presence at Kenya Police's camp has been explained with sources from the club saying he is just an advisor of the club.

The Croat has been present in Police's training sessions and during matches he has been spotted sitting with the team's bosses away from the technical bench raising speculation.

There have been speculations that the former Zimbabwe national team coach who has also handled AFC Leopards is set to take over at the law-enforcers throwing the future of Sammy 'Pamzo' Omolo in doubt. Omolo took charge of the team in March and after what was a difficult start, Police have managed to end the season strongly winning their last three games.

A source from the law enforcers has now disclosed that the tactician has been playing an advisory role at the club. He was tasked with evaluating the team in an advisory capacity.

"He was brought in as an advisor by the management. He was to look at among other things, the balance of the squad, areas that need to be strengthened, and basically give a report on the way forward for the team. He does not have an official position in the team yet, he has an unofficial advisory role. That could change in the coming weeks but as of now he is just an advisor, "the source told Mozzart Sport.

Apart from Logarusic, Tusker FC coach Robert Matano has been linked with the law enforcers.
