Kenya will have a shot at three medals on Wednesday with the 3000m steeplechase being the only final
Greetings from wherever you are reading us from, welcome to our Wednesday Team Kenya Paris 2024 Olympic Games live updates.
Four races are on the menu to wet your athletics appetite including one final in the men's 3000m steeplechase.
The races will be beamed live on Kenya's state broadcaster KBC and Supersport.
The other races will see Kenya take to the track in the men's 5000m Heats, men's 800m Heats, and the semi-finals of the men's 400m Hurdles.
At 10:43 pm (EAT), the Kenyan trio of Abraham Kibiwot, Amos Serem and Simon Koech will lead our hopes of a clean sweep in the race that was until recently our speciality.
In the 800m Koitatoi Kidali, Emmanuel Wanyonyi and Wyclife Kinyamal hope to punch a ticket to the semi-finals that begin at 1:03 pm (EAT).
In the men's 5000m, Edwin Kurgat, Jacob Krop and Roland Kwemoi are out to secure a place in the semi-finals at 12:10 pm (EAT).
The men's 400m hurdles will see Wiseman Were in action at 8:52 pm.
